Retaining walls

Retaining walls are used to keep soil and other materials from falling or collapsing on a slope. They can also be used to create level areas, support natural slopes, and maximize development space.

To relieve pressure from water that collects behind a retaining wall, holes can be drilled into the wall or perforated drainage pipes can be buried in the soil near the bottom of the wall, or hidden between blocks in the wall, SHOWN BELOW.

Retaining walls can be made from a variety of materials, including wood, stone, concrete, and engineered blocks. Wood retaining walls typically last around 40 years, while stone and concrete retaining walls can last 50–100 years, and brick retaining walls can last at least 100 years

Our team is able to build retaining walls in many different angles and sizes you need. Our company also has access to several different colors, shapes, and textures of retaining wall blocks.

Retaining walls require careful planning and engineering to ensure they are strong enough to hold back the soil. And that is why our team takes the extra step in careful planning and measuring when building these walls, so they are built to last!
